A tee-to-green grass

L1F is an extremely fine-textured, high end, dwarf type of zoysia.  It has a soft, cushiony feel and erect, upright growth habit that make it ideal for golf courses and home lawns. This zoysia requires very low water and fertilizer inputs and can withstand some shade.

Within the golf industry, L1F is making headlines for being a tee-to-green grass.  It can be used on all golf course playing surfaces with its ability to be mowed from 1/8” to 1/2” height, reducing inputs and streamlining maintenance programs for golf course superintendents.  For home lawns, L1F should be mowed at 1” to 1 ½”.
